CASIO W-86 ILLUMINATOR – MODULE 3298

A great example of the increasingly collectible Casio W-86, one of Casio’s classic retro digital watches and particularly recognisable for its turquoise Electro Luminescence / Illuminator graphics.

This is the W-86 with Module 3298, confirmed from the case back. It features Casio’s excellent electro-luminescent backlight together with alarm, hourly signal, stopwatch, day/date calendar and 12/24-hour time display. Casio specifies a CR2016 battery and approximately 7-year battery life under normal use.

The W-86 is a sought-after alternative to the classic F-91W, with the added benefit of the much brighter electro-luminescent display and 50M water-resistance rating when new.
