A highly collectable vintage Swatch KOTINOS GZ147 Olympic Special, created for the Atlanta 1996 Centennial Olympic Games.

This striking Swiss-made Swatch celebrates the ancient Olympic tradition of the Kotinos, the olive wreath awarded to victorious athletes.

The design features a translucent blue 34mm case, pale Olympic-themed dial depicting classical figures and an original decorative translucent strap carrying Atlanta Olympic imagery and Official Timekeeper wording.

This example presents extremely well and appears to have seen very little actual wear. As expected with a vintage Swatch of this age, there is some natural ageing/yellowing to the translucent strap.

A new battery has been fitted and the watch has been fully tested and is working.
